Established in 2021, we are a privately owned Australian company delivering the best healthcare brands to retailers and consumers in Australia, New Zealand, and beyond.
As your in-market partners, we provide end-to-end support that covers all aspects of marketing, sales, regulatory, finance, and supply chain management.
Dedicated to a small portfolio of brands, we guarantee direct guidance and support, managing each stage from seamless launch through to growing your market share.
Our People
We are a dedicated team of healthcare commercial managers, based in Sydney Australia. Our expertise spans across cosmetic, listed medicines, medical devices, and fmcg health brands, with specific experience in bringing new brands and products to market.
We deliver full end-to-end services including retail management, in-field support, regulatory, logistics and ongoing support optimisation.
Our Founder
Joern Packross established Balmoral Health Co. in 2021 after more than two decades in the Australian pharmaceutical, OTC and FMCG Industries. With senior commercial roles at companies including Johnson & Johnson, Mundipharma, and Campbell Arnott’s, Joern has launched and managed national icon brands such as Aveeno, Carefree, Listerine and Tim Tam.
Joern has first-hand experience of the opportunities in the Australian healthcare market, as well as the challenges brands face in optimising local sales and distribution. He now partners directly with selected brands, using his knowledge and network to drive launch, sales, and distribution strategies for long-term growth.
